I really like this picture and think it was one of the best pictures of 2013 because its unique and it shows a lot of meaning to it. This is a really good quality photo its clear and shows details. The photo doesn't have much to it but at the same time it does.

I really think this is another best photograph of 2013 because it shows a religion style and what they wear. Its a really clear picture and shows all things in details. It has simple colors and doesn't have much to show it just focuses on the main things they are trying to show.

I really like this picture and think its the best picture of 2013 because its a little girl is holding the flag during her fathers burial service. Its just an amazing picture it has so much emotion to it. This picture is also so professional because its so clear and focused.

Your Favorite:

The best song of 2013 in my opinion was demons by imagine dragon. I chose this as my main choice because had so much connection with this song. I got attracted to this song because of the beat and the lyrics. It was the best of 2013 because it was a big hit but i listened to it before it came on the radio.

The best movie of 2013 in my opinion was Safe Haven. I chose this as my main choice because I was such a loving movie and romantic but yet sad. I got attracted to this movie because of all the emotions and what the story behind it is. It was the best of 2013 because it was one of the movies that got a lot of high rates and a lot of people went to watch.

Cleveland's kidnapping  was the most important news story of 2013 in my opinion because missing girls were found and they saved their lives by coming out and before they died. I chose this as my choice because it was such powerful and popular story in the news. I got attracted to this story because these 3 girls were kidnapped for about 15 year and they went through so much. It was the best of 2013 cause he was put in jail and way from everybody so he wouldn't do anymore harm. But a couple of months later he committed suicide in jail by hanging him self

The best person of 2013 was Adam Levine in my opinion. I chose this as my main choice because he was a very successful man in the year of 2013. I was attracted to him because he's done a lot this year and has become very famous.


Part 3:

1. Something that i remember about my holidays is when my aunt from honduras and told u she was gonna live here in the united states.

2. My resolution for 2014 is to try my hardest in school and also workout at least twice a week, and also try and go to as many concerts as i can.

3. Im looking forward in moving houses and also for my sisters graduation and helping her move to Houston.

1. I think the best ISO section is 800 for portraits.
2. My best photos were ISO 800 & 1600.
3. Yes because the pictures look similar to each other.
4. I learned how to change setting and for them to look similar and to adjust it to work with lighting.

Portraits and Self Portraits

Tip #3: Use Both Auto and Manual Focus

   A good practice to get into when you're taking self-portraits is to use a mix of auto and manual focus. First, focus on your stand-in object using auto focus. Then, with the object still in focus, switch your lens to manual focus.

This will give you the freedom to tweak settings, re-meter for changing light and anything else you need to all without screwing up your established point of focus. Just make sure you stand perfectly on your mark each time you take a photo.

Get Closer

   The most common mistake made by photographers is that they are not physically close enough to their subjects. In some cases this means that the center of interest—the subject—is just a speck, too small to have any impact. Even when it is big enough to be decipherable, it usually carries little meaning. Viewers can sense when a subject is small because it was supposed to be and when it's small because the photographer was too shy to get close.

Don't be shy. If you approach people in the right way, they'll usually be happy to have their picture made. It's up to you to break the ice and get them to cooperate. Joke around with them. Tell them why you want to make the picture. Practice with people you know so that you are comfortable; people can sense when you aren't.

   You can also capture a self-portrait by supporting your camera, then frame your picture and focus with a stand-in. 

Environmental Portraits 

I like this photo because theres not much going and its not centered but yet its focuses on one person.

I like this photo because its a self portrait but the child is not paying attention do it makes it simple but pretty.

Casual Portraits

I like this photo because its casual wear and theres really nothing going on they're just posing.

I like this photo because its just somebody (lady) posing for to take a picture and its simple.

I like this photo because Its a formal wear and she is meant to be in a position someone told her to be in. its a serious picture that is being taken.

I like this photo because theres nothing in the background its focused on one thing and its meant for it to be taken as a professional photo.
